Payments are made in advance through secure, approved payment gateways. You will see the payment details at the time of booking.

5. Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

If you inform your tutor in advance, sessions may be rescheduled at the tutor’s discretion. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Do you offer refunds?

No, all payments are non-refundable, even if you stop attending after a few days. Please book sessions only when you are sure about your schedule.

7. What subjects do you cover?

8. How are the tutoring sessions conducted?

All sessions are held online through platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or any communication tool agreed upon between you and your tutor.

9. Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We only collect basic details needed for your sessions and payments. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except with tutors for scheduling purposes.

10. Will tutoring guarantee better grades?

Tutoring provides guidance, support, and clarity, but final results depend on the student’s effort, practice, and consistency. We cannot guarantee grades or exam outcomes.
